Surface parking is offered on a first come first serve basis with no additional fee. Garages are available for monthly rental with variable pricing based on size. If there are no garages available for a particular building, residents can be put on a waiting list that is honored by length of time on the list; when a garage becomes available it is first offered to the resident who has waited the longest before being offered to others. Residents can have a delivery pod for moving in for up to 72 hours. The pod cannot be placed in a prime front parking space and can only take up one space in the side or back lots. If there are no garages available for a particular building, residents can be put on a waiting list. Garages for non–T-series floor plans are detached and may be rented for an additional fee when available. Residents can report parking concerns such as vehicles without license plates, and management will attempt to contact the vehicle owners when supplied with identifying details like make and model.
